It will review the information needed and the application of value chain analysis in identifying constraints and opportunities for improving performance in a targeted economic cluster.

Dennis Flemming
Dennis Flemming has 30 years of experience in the design and implementation of community programs in developing countries. He has worked on a broad range of development initiatives as a consultant, trainer and program manager within both the private sector and public sector. Dennis is based on the island of Hawaii and now serves as Executive Director of the Hamakua Institute.
